Buyer seeks contractor to provide geospatial software application support services for the Environmental Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace (EIPB) system. Services include software development, data management, cyber security, and training. The work will primarily be performed at the Naval Oceanographic Office in Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. The contract will have a five-year base ordering period with a six-month option period.

• Possess facility clearance level at or above contract level
• Personnel must hold SECRET eligibility through valid NACLC, Tier 3 or higher investigation
• Four allowable TOP SECRET clearances based on Single Scope Background Investigation

• Sustain and enhance geospatial software capabilities
• Develop and automate environmental data workflows
• Perform data ingest, processing, and management
• Conduct rapid prototyping of new software capabilities
• Provide cyber security and information assurance support
• Deliver training on EIPB software and systems
• Perform equipment handling and deployment preparation
• Generate environmental assessment and intelligence products
• Upgrade geological, geophysical, and acoustic databases
• Implement distributed computing environments for data products
