The buyer seeks a Lead Organization to convene, develop, and support a network of community-based organizations delivering street outreach services to prevent gun violence. The program will focus on 25 priority community areas in Chicago. The Lead Organization will build capacity, ensure best practices, and facilitate collaboration between community organizations and system partners. The initiative aims to engage individuals at highest risk of violence involvement and connect them to key resources and services.

• Minimum 3 years experience as an effective convener of a network of organizations
• Deep knowledge and experience managing violence prevention services, specifically street outreach
• Established history of managing cross-sector collaborations
• Demonstrated ability to support data collection, fiscal management, and evaluation reporting

• Convene and support a network of community-based organizations delivering street outreach services
• Build capacity of organizations to provide violence interruption services
• Ensure active engagement with city-led partnerships to integrate best practices
• Manage data collection, fiscal management, and evaluation reporting for the network
• Provide training on standardized practices and curriculum-based learning
• Assist organizations in maintaining meaningful systems-level engagement
• Identify and implement strategies in hyperlocal 'hot spot' locations
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other stakeholders
• Support trauma-informed and restorative justice practices
• Connect participants to key resources and services
