• Provide CFI and CFII rated instructors
• Offer turbine helicopter for turbine transition training
• Conduct training for FAA Private Pilot Helicopter certification
• Conduct training for FAA Instrument Rating Helicopter certification
• Conduct training for FAA Commercial Pilot Helicopter certification
• Conduct training for FAA Certified Flight Instructor certification
• Provide one-year contract period of flight training services
