• Furnish and install geo-redundant backup P25 core
• Upgrade existing simulcast controller with Prime and Geo Prime controller
• Install 34 dispatch consoles for Prospect Dispatch Center
• Connect Prospect Center Dispatch to existing microwave network
• Install new 150 ft. monopole tower at Prospect Center Dispatch
• Furnish and install new 10 ft. by 12 ft. concrete shelter
• Perform structural analysis for towers with modified loading
• Develop and execute cutover plan
• Conduct 30-day operational test
• Obtain necessary environmental and historical approvals
