- Support a fleet of 94 aircraft and 1-2 simulators
- Provide periodic database updates (28-day and 56-day cycles)
- Offer implementation support, technical support, and licensing
- Allow for adding or discontinuing services on aircraft as needed
- Provide pro-rated reimbursement for discontinued services
- Submit monthly status reports confirming active services
- Use Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) for electronic invoice submission
