The buyer is seeking licensed and qualified firms to provide electrical maintenance and installation services for City buildings and parks. Services include general electrical repairs, installations, troubleshooting, testing, and upgrades. The contract will be for 3 years with two one-year renewal options. Contractors must respond to regular and emergency service calls, provide project updates, and comply with security requirements.

• Minimum three years experience in electrical maintenance/installation for commercial/institutional facilities
• Possess current Class C10 Electrical Contractor License
• Be registered with Department of Industrial Relations
• Possess Palm Springs business license and other applicable licenses

• Provide electrical maintenance and installation services for City buildings and parks
• Perform general electrical repairs, installations, troubleshooting, and testing
• Conduct IR scanning, wiring, wire management, and distribution equipment testing/repair
• Upgrade lighting systems and work on high/low voltage electrical systems
• Respond to emergency calls within 24 hours, including weekends and holidays
• Provide project estimation and budgeting of electrical work
• Set up proper site protection and conduct daily clean-up
• Provide weekly written communication and project updates to Project Manager
• Obtain appropriate security clearances and badges for work at police department/airport
• Comply with City's historic building requirements for repairs/improvements
