Buyer seeks a contractor to develop and maintain the Multiple-choice Online Causal Comprehension Assessment (MOCCA) application software. The project involves programming and ongoing maintenance for computer adaptive testing. The work is expected to take 340 hours of software engineering time. The contractor will collaborate with the buyer's research team to enhance and maintain the MOCCA application.

• At least two years of experience developing RESTful APIs using NodeJS
• At least one year of experience developing front-end web applications using AngularJS 1.x
• At least two years' experience designing normalized data models and creating complex queries in MySQL
• At least one year experience programming MySQL stored procedures
• At least one year's experience with Linux system administration
• At least one year's experience programming in R

• Revise and maintain application code for Computerized Adaptive Test version of MOCCA
• Maintain documentation to reflect changes and new features
• Add new features and items upon receipt from University
• Process data imports and exports upon request
• Comply with W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA and Section 508 standards
• Comply with student privacy regulations specified in FERPA
