- Proposers must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades.
- Provide NG911 Core Services and ESInet capabilities
- Refresh/replace ATCECD call handling equipment, routers and software
- Implement secure and resilient system resistant to cyber-attacks
- Introduce Text to 911 and multimedia messaging capabilities
- Provide 24x7x365 Network Operations Center support
- Develop and execute implementation and training plans
- Integrate with GIS data provided by City's GIS Division
- Conduct acceptance testing and system validation
- Provide ongoing system maintenance for 5 years
- Manage transition from legacy 911 system to NG911
