Buyer is seeking proposals for a comprehensive public safety software solution. The system includes Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Record Management System (RMS), and Jail Management System (JMS). Buyer requires a multi-agency solution supporting Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, and Public Works. The system must integrate mobile components, evidence management, and seamless support for 911 dispatch operations.

• Provide Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) suite for multi-discipline dispatch and resource management
• Implement Mobile Component for field operations
• Develop Record Management System (RMS) for comprehensive data handling
• Create Incident Report module for efficient reporting
• Design Evidence Management system for proper handling and tracking
• Implement Jail Management System (JMS) for inmate tracking and facility management
• Integrate 911 Dispatcher incident assigning and tracking capabilities
• Develop mobile interface leveraging shared database for evidence and jail management
• Ensure seamless support for multi-agency operations (Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, Public Works)
• Provide allied equipment for comprehensive public safety operations
