Buyer seeks a qualified publisher to develop, design, and produce the 2025 Hudson Valley Tourism Regional Visitor Guide. The guide will serve as the primary fulfillment piece for tourist and travel inquiries. Buyer will provide content while the publisher will handle design, production, advertising sales, and printing. The project involves creating a minimum 46-page guide with 75,000 copies to be printed and delivered.

• 12/13/2024 - Publisher Decision Date

• Design and produce a regional travel/visitor guide
• Market advertising space to support project costs
• Develop guide design in collaboration with HVT
• Print and deliver 75,000 copies of the guide
• Create interior regional map for the guide
• Establish advertising rates with HVT approval
• Pay royalty from advertising sales to HVT
• Deliver guide to designated locations in boxes not exceeding 20 lbs
• Provide timely sales reports to HVT
• Develop creative value-added programs to enhance guide marketability
