The buyer is seeking a qualified contractor to provide retail leasing and property management services for its facilities. The contractor will be responsible for marketing retail spaces, negotiating with tenants, managing lease agreements, and providing property management services. The contract will cover the Walter E. Washington Convention Center and other venues owned or managed by the buyer. The base term is from date of award through September 30, 2025, with four one-year renewal options.

• Five years' experience representing landlords on retail leasing transactions
• Five years' experience managing retail properties
• Possess all professional licenses required by the District of Columbia

• Develop and implement marketing strategy for retail spaces
• Identify and negotiate with prospective retail tenants
• Manage retail lease agreements and rent collection
• Provide property management services for retail spaces
• Conduct market research on rental rates and trends
• Advise on building materials, signage, and tenant fit-out plans
• Resolve maintenance issues with retail tenants
• Track and report on rent payments and lease obligations
• Assist with eviction processes as needed
• Provide monthly reports on leasing efforts and market conditions
