• Five or more years' experience providing civil process services
• Licensed to provide civil process services
• Provide three business references for similar services

• Serve legal documents to program participants in Santa Clara County, California, US, and foreign countries
• Make at least three service attempts before substitute service
• Return completed proofs of service within five days after service
• Provide weekly report of all documents received for process
• Furnish itemized list of charges each month
• Provide web access to monitor service status and billing information
• Be available to testify at court hearings at no additional cost
• Observe all applicable laws regarding handling and confidentiality of service materials
