Connecticut General Assembly

The buyer seeks a contractor to provide engineering, production, and distribution services for CT-N. The contractor will cover legislative sessions, public hearings, and other government proceedings. They will maintain the CT-N website, provide streaming services, and manage network carriage agreements. The contractor must have experience in television production and distribution. The contract term is for five years with possible extensions.

• 11/8/2024 - Pre-Solicitation Meeting
• 11/14/2024 - Question Deadline
• 11/18/2024 - Answers & Amendments to RFP
• 11/25/2024 - Proposal Due Date

• Demonstrate at least five years of experience performing work similar to that listed in the Scope of Work
• Individuals assigned to the contract must have five years of experience with similar projects

• Provide live coverage of House and Senate sessions
• Cover legislative public hearings and committee meetings
• Cover Supreme Court oral arguments
• Provide coverage of press conferences and Executive/Judicial branch proceedings
• Maintain and update CT-N website content
• Provide streaming video and on-demand services
• Manage network carriage and channel use agreements
• Provide emergency briefing coverage
• Archive all aired CT-N programming
• Promote CT-Network on social media platforms
