The buyer seeks to provide back up care services for infant-preschool age children of university students, faculty, and staff. The contractor will provide center-based hourly/back up/emergency care for a minimum of 10 children ages 6 weeks to 4 years. Services must be high quality and the center must maintain state licensing and city/national accreditation. The contractor will work collaboratively with the university to publicize services and track usage.

• 11/22/2024 - Proposal Due Date
• 12/2/2024 - Evaluations and oral presentations
• 2/3/2025 - Award notification
• 7/1/2025 - Contract term begins

• Provide center-based hourly/back up/emergency care for minimum 10 children ages 6 weeks to 4 years

• Provide high quality back up infant/preschool child care for UW students, faculty, and staff children
• Maintain state licensing and city/national accreditation
• Track and report services provided to UW faculty, staff, and students each semester
