- Provide website access for information, webinars, and self-assessment tools
- Deliver diagnostic assessment, short-term counseling, and referral services
- Offer financial and legal services and referrals
- Provide stress reduction counseling
- Assist with workplace violence prevention and workplace-related issues
- Offer bereavement counseling
- Provide substance abuse counseling
- Deliver management/supervisor consultations and training
