Buyer requires the vendor to design, develop, and implement the chatbot, ensuring accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and data protection. The project includes content creation, staff training, and ongoing support and maintenance.

• Demonstrate substantial experience in developing rule-based chatbots or conversational AI solutions
• Possess proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks
• Provide maintenance during contract term and written maintenance plan
• Demonstrate significant experience with projects of similar scope and size
• Have at least one team member with an advanced degree in data science or related field
