Lifeguard Tower Advertisements Program

Buyer is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to manage and operate advertisements placed on lifeguard towers. The program involves 24 Oceanfront Lifeguard Towers with potential for advertising on the back, sides, and/or roofs. Buyer aims to create public-private partnerships to generate revenue through selling ad space. The successful vendor will be responsible for all aspects of the advertising program, including installation, maintenance, sales, and revenue generation.

- Conduct day-to-day operational supervision and project management
- Provide knowledgeable staff for selling advertisements
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of lifeguard tower ads
- Generate advertising revenue for the City
- Obtain necessary permits and authorizations
- Review and approve advertising content with City
- Provide emergency maintenance (24-hour point of contact)
- Submit Projected Annual Breakdown Report
