- Current Electrical Vendor License issued by Texas Department of License and Regulation
- Good financial standing, not in bankruptcy, current on taxes and fees
- Facility within 50 miles of City's City Hall
- Procure and install Dell Power Edge R550 servers with ESXI virtual environment
- Implement licensed VT Scada dual server premium unlimited 5000 tags count HMI package
- Conduct graphic design meetings to design and implement standardized HMI/SCADA objects and tagging
- Draw new HMI/SCADA screens in VT Scada based on new standardized objects
- Implement licensed XL Reporter and develop 4 reports
- Clean up existing data concentrator PLC code to implement new tagging standards
- Decommission existing WIN911 callout system and utilize internal callout within VT Scada
- Clean up PLC code and panels to accommodate new tagging standards
- Commission new system with site visits to ALL sites for testing signals
- Install and commission new equipment
