• Current Electrical Vendor License issued by Texas Department of License and Regulation
• Good financial standing, not in bankruptcy, current on taxes and fees
• Facility within 50 miles of City's City Hall

• Procure and install Dell Power Edge R550 servers with ESXI virtual environment
• Implement licensed VT Scada dual server premium unlimited 5000 tags count HMI package
• Conduct graphic design meetings to design and implement standardized HMI/SCADA objects and tagging
• Draw new HMI/SCADA screens in VT Scada based on new standardized objects
• Implement licensed XL Reporter and develop 4 reports
• Clean up existing data concentrator PLC code to implement new tagging standards
• Decommission existing WIN911 callout system and utilize internal callout within VT Scada
• Clean up PLC code and panels to accommodate new tagging standards
• Commission new system with site visits to ALL sites for testing signals
• Install and commission new equipment
