• At least five years' experience providing Audiovisual and Production services

• Provide AV production services for events in U.S. and select international markets
• Conduct pre-event planning and design, including venue walk-throughs
• Manage on-site AV production and equipment for various event types
• Create custom design work for digital signage based on brand standards
• Coordinate procurement of special branding pieces
• Manage PowerPoint presentations and video playback during events
• Handle post-event equipment tear-down and removal
• Scale resources to manage simultaneous events of various sizes
• Develop diagrams and renderings for event setups
• Provide creative solutions for last-minute changes and technical issues
