• Five years managing multiple self-service parking facilities simultaneously
• Experience with multi-story parking garages open 12+ hours daily
• Five references of facilities with $500,000+ annual gross parking revenues
• At least three references from municipal parking facility management
• Financial stability to fulfill agreement commitments
• Ability to obtain required insurance and bonding
• Qualified General Manager with 5+ years parking management experience

• Manage and operate multiple multi-level parking garages and surface lots
• Provide operations management, staffing, and security services
• Perform maintenance and structural repairs up to $10,000
• Handle parking facilities' funds and prepare financial reports
• Implement custodial services and maintain cleanliness of facilities
• Develop and execute parking strategies for special events
• Manage monthly parking permit holders and transient traffic
• Maintain and repair parking equipment and systems
• Provide consulting services on parking-related matters
• Conduct regular audits and prepare management reports
