The buyer is seeking qualified consultants to establish a pre-qualified technical registrants list for cost estimating and related services. Selected firms will be placed on a list for direct selection for projects where design fees do not exceed $500,000. Services include preparing cost estimates, evaluating proposals, analyzing contracts, and conducting cost studies. The buyer does not guarantee that firms on the list will be awarded contracts.

• 11/7/2024 - Solicitation Questions Due
• 11/21/2024 - Proposal Due Date

• Prepare cost estimates for initial project budgets and schedules
• Evaluate contractor proposals and bid tabulations
• Negotiate and analyze contracts and claims
• Conduct cost studies and reports
• Perform cost-benefit analysis and value engineering
• Provide other relevant project/construction cost estimating services
