• Provide and deploy transit scheduling software to replace RouteMatch
• Migrate existing passenger information databases into new software
• Configure software based on CCT rules and policies
• Install on-board hardware and facility server software/hardware if needed
• Develop implementation plan for various fleet locations
• Provide training on software use and ongoing annual visits/training
• Optimize and accept/negotiate/reject trips within 10 seconds of request
• Allow for vehicle assignments by service zone
• Provide real-time vehicle location and schedule adherence
• Generate required reports for NTD and MnDOT reporting
