- Provide and deploy transit scheduling software to replace RouteMatch
- Migrate existing passenger information databases into new software
- Configure software based on CCT rules and policies
- Install on-board hardware and facility server software/hardware if needed
- Develop implementation plan for various fleet locations
- Provide training on software use and ongoing annual visits/training
- Optimize and accept/negotiate/reject trips within 10 seconds of request
- Allow for vehicle assignments by service zone
- Provide real-time vehicle location and schedule adherence
- Generate required reports for NTD and MnDOT reporting
