• 11/13/2024 - Last day for UTA to issue addenda and clarifications
• 11/20/2024 - Proposal Due Date

• Provide accounting software for payroll and tax services
• Calculate and forecast necessary checking account balances
• Issue monthly pension payments and complete tax filings
• Prepare monthly and annual pension financial statements
• Attend quarterly Pension Committee meetings
• Distribute 1099R forms annually
• Oversee tax account setup and payments for all states
• Provide process for Milliman and UTA to access check information
• Pay plan expenses and invoices as authorized by UTA
• Coordinate with vendor for tax filings and payments
