The buyer is seeking to implement an Enterprise Agreement for ESRI software licenses for the California Department of Transportation. The agreement includes licensing and deployment of EA Products, delivery of EA maintenance, provision of ESRI International User Conference registrations, and Enterprise Advantage Program participation. The term of the agreement is for two years with one extension option for one year. The buyer requires both uncapped and capped quantities of various ESRI software products and services.
