• Provide 24/7 mental health crisis support services for youth 17 and under

• Implement evidence-based practices and trauma-informed approaches
• Achieve certification pursuant to Wis. Admin. Code ch. DHS 50
• Develop partnerships for crisis services and transitional care
• Establish data tracking and reporting systems
• Work towards fiscal sustainability through Medicaid billing and partnerships
