- Provide 24/7 mental health crisis support services for youth 17 and under
- Collaborate with counties, Tribal nations, families, schools, and service providers
- Implement evidence-based practices and trauma-informed approaches
- Achieve certification pursuant to Wis. Admin. Code ch. DHS 50
- Develop partnerships for crisis services and transitional care
- Establish data tracking and reporting systems
- Work towards fiscal sustainability through Medicaid billing and partnerships
