The buyer is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive inmate services for two correctional facilities. Services include meal preparation and delivery, commissary management, and inmate communication systems. The buyer requires integration with existing jail management software and maintenance of kitchen equipment. Preference will be given to proposers who can provide all three main services: meals, commissary, and communication.

• Provide inmate meal services for two correctional facilities
• Manage commissary services including weekly deliveries and inmate store operations
• Implement and maintain inmate communication systems including phones and tablets
• Operate video visitation services for on-site and remote visits
• Maintain kitchen equipment and replace small wares
• Transport meals from main facility to Kiesel Facility
• Manage cashier kiosks for inmate account deposits
• Provide internet service for kitchen and tablet operations
• Maintain 1:1 tablet-to-inmate ratio
• Integrate services with existing Motorola Spillman Jail Management System
