• Provide annual software support for Genesis Systems Presumptive Eligibility Web Portal
• Perform Tier 2 support, with state handling first call
• Offer Bronze Level support during business hours Monday through Friday
• Respond to service calls within 4 hours
• Provide 24-hour contact information for urgent performance issues
