Assistive Listening System Replacement

The buyer is seeking proposals for an ADA/IBC compliant assistive listening system replacement for their theater space. The project includes purchasing, installing, configuring, and testing a new system to cover the entire theater. The system must provide clear audio transmission, minimize interference, and be user-friendly. The buyer requires removal of the old system, creation of required signage, and integration with existing building systems. The new system must meet all current ADA and IBC standards and guidelines.

• 11/5/2024 - Deadline to submit questions
• 11/7/2024 - Responses to written questions
• 11/13/2024 - Proposal Due Date
• 11/22/2024 - Tentative Award Date
• 12/2/2024 - Commencement of work

• Proven experience providing licensed, qualified and OSHA trained labor
• Aerial lift certification may be required
• Ability to provide ADA/IBC compliant assistive listening systems

• Purchase and install new ADA/IBC compliant assistive listening system
• Remove old assistive listening system
• Provide as-built drawings and documentation
• Create and install required ADA/IBC compliant signage
• Conduct system testing and training
• Provide encrypted audio transmission with multiple channels
• Supply at least 90 rechargeable receivers
• Ensure compatibility with hearing aids and telecoils
• Integrate with existing building systems and IT infrastructure
