• Accredited by ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB)
• Experience auditing WRRFs, biosolids programs, or similar operations for ISO 14001 compliance
• Experience auditing customer service for public/private utilities for ISO 9001 compliance
• At least two auditors with 6+ years experience auditing ISO 14001:2015 EMS
• At least two auditors with 6+ years experience auditing ISO 9001:2015 QMS

• Conduct annual in-person recertification or surveillance audits for ISO 14001:2015 EMS compliance
• Conduct annual in-person recertification or surveillance audits for ISO 9001:2015 QMS compliance
• Issue certificates of conformity when EMS and QMS meet ISO requirements
• Serve as independent certification body operating in accordance with ANAB
• Provide flexible scheduling for audits in case of operational issues
• Submit final audit schedule to Division Contacts at least one week prior to audits
