The buyer seeks professional expertise for Asbestos Abatement and Lead Based Paint Related Services for approximately 30 identified locations. The consultant will provide testing, reporting, specification development, monitoring, and project management for asbestos abatement work. This is part of the buyer's 2023 Bond projects and 'Reimagine GRPS' initiative. The consultant will work collaboratively with schools, communities, and administration to achieve high-quality projects within time and budget allocations.

- Review district's asbestos program for current practices and regulations
- Perform additional testing and issue NESHAP reports for each building
- Develop specification and bid documents for abatement services
- Provide project management services for abatement work
- Conduct air monitoring, PCM, PLM and TEM sampling and analysis
- Oversee abatement contractors' compliance with laws and regulations
- Provide pre-construction and post-construction indoor air quality testing
- Coordinate procurement of licenses, permits, and approvals
- Develop budgets and schedules for abatement work
- Submit final reports, approvals, and clearances to GRPS
