- System Integration Knowledge for CAD, RMS, Mobile systems
- Knowledge of relevant standards and compliance requirements
- Worked on at least two comparable projects in past five years
- Conduct market analysis for CAD, RMS, and mobile dispatch systems
- Assist in drafting technical specifications for solicitation documents
- Develop acceptance criteria for CAD, RMS, and mobile applications
- Validate business, technical, and operational requirements
- Educate CRAA teams on CAD, RMS, and mobile functions
- Provide support during future solicitation process
- Assist with implementation and post-implementation phases
