Valet Parking Services Concession

Buyer seeks a firm to manage and operate valet parking services at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The successful proposer will provide curbside valet service on the departure level, along with related concierge services. Buyer aims to enhance non-airline revenue and provide convenient, efficient parking options for airport patrons. The contract term is two years with three one-year extension options.

• 10/25/2024 - Last Day to Submit Questions
• 11/5/2024 - Publish RFP Addendum
• 11/11/2024 - Proposal Due Date

• Minimum five continuous years experience in last ten years operating public valet service
• At least one location generating $2 million in annual gross revenue
• Authorized to conduct business in Ohio, Cuyahoga County, and Cleveland
• Possess all required licenses, permits and authorizations

• Manage and operate valet parking service at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport
• Provide curbside drop-off/pick-up service on departure level
• Offer valet-related concierge services like car wash and oil changes
• Implement revenue control and tracking system
• Train staff on customer service and safety procedures
• Maintain required insurance coverage
• Market and promote valet parking service
• Respond to customer complaints and issues
• Comply with all airport rules and regulations
• Submit regular financial and operational reports to airport management
