Buyer seeks a contractor to manage a talent pipeline using cybersecurity ranges. The contractor will develop assessment processes, provide access to BCR Cyber Series 3000 Cyber Ranges, form employer consortiums, offer career guidance, and place students in cybersecurity jobs. The project aims to provide community college students with Security Operations Center experience and job placement. The contractor must track progress and report on outcomes.

• In business for a minimum of five years
• Registered to do business in Maryland
• Ability to start within 30 days of notification
• Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining a BCR Cyber Range

• Develop process to assess students for SOC experience
• Provide student access to BCR Cyber Series 3000 Cyber Ranges
• Form and lead consortium of cybersecurity employers
• Provide career guidance for students
• Place approximately 800 students into cybersecurity jobs
• Track and report on student progress and job placements
