• Implement system within 90 days of contract award
• Provide train-the-trainer program and end user training
• Conduct annual verification of SDS inventory
• Enable sharing of chemical inventory with first responders
• Identify and alert DPS of Extremely Hazardous Substances
• Allow archiving of superseded or unused SDSs
