• Maintain valid pricing for at least 90 days after due date
• Be an authorized reseller for the specified Manufacturer
• Include screenshot of Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price with bid
• Meet state mandated Covid-19 requirements
• Undergo screening and background check for DPSCS Correctional facilities access
• Submit invoices according to specified instructions
