The buyer seeks a contractor to provide a turnkey installation, management, and removal of an outdoor ice skating rink for a holiday season special event. The rink will be approximately 40' x 70' and located at West Hollywood Park. The contractor will be responsible for all equipment, maintenance, staffing, and daily operations. The event will be open to the public from January 11th to January 26th, 2025, subject to change.

• Install and remove a 40' x 70' outdoor ice skating rink

• Provide skates, helmets, and skate changing area equipment
• Implement skate rental check-in and check-out system
• Ensure 24-hour on-call refrigeration technician availability
• Manage skate sessions and reservations
• Maintain ice rink and perform necessary repairs
• Provide safety monitoring and liability prevention measures
