The buyer is seeking bids for publication services for the calendar year 2025. The services include publishing advertisements, official notices, and other materials for various county departments and boards. The successful bidder must provide display and classified advertising services, meet submission deadlines, and comply with state regulations. • 11/7/2024 - Bid Opening
• 11/7/2024 - Proposal Due Date

• Comply with A.R.S. §11-255, 39-201, 39-202, 39-204, and 39-221
• Provide current U.S. Postal Service Statement of Ownership, Management and Circulation for each newspaper

• Publish advertising, publications, and printing for Yavapai County
• Provide display advertising in 6 point and 8 point type
• Handle electronically-transmitted, camera-ready, paste-up-ready, and typeset copy
• Publish advertisements in newspaper classified sections
• Furnish affidavits of publication for each published item
• Provide up to 20 copies of newspapers containing published documents upon request
• Proofread all materials submitted for publication prior to printing
• Ensure publications are of general circulation and printed in English within Yavapai County
• Meet submission deadlines for each category of publication
• Comply with Arizona Revised Statutes regarding county publications
