The new DAM must meet current capabilities, transfer existing files and data, and provide multi-user search and export functionality. Buyer seeks DAM services to store and preserve assets documenting the organization's history and plant collections. The system will be integrated with other digital products like the Arboretum Botanical Explorer and mobile app.

• Provide ongoing support including troubleshooting and updates
• Provide necessary licenses for DAM platform
