• Licensed Telecommunications Firm in Florida for at least 5 years
• Licensed to do business in Orange County Florida
• Project Manager with at least two similar system installations in last 3 years
• Experience with 3 'Similar Projects' or larger within last 5 years
• No unresolved litigation against the LIBRARY or Orange County, Florida

• Design and implement a hosted VoIP system
• Provide cloud-based VoIP compatible with existing phone models
• Port existing external numbers to new VoIP system
• Develop project implementation plan and communication plan
• Perform comprehensive network assessment to validate VoIP capabilities
• Provide training for staff on new system functionality
• Provide post-implementation support and ongoing system maintenance
• Integrate paging system and accommodate analog fax lines
• Implement e911 features and detailed reporting capabilities
• Configure system for multiple library locations
