Consolidated Fiscal Report (CFR)

Buyer seeks a consultant or team to complete the 2024 Consolidated Fiscal Report for the Albany County Department of Mental Health. The consultant will provide technical assistance, support, and training to the ACDMH fiscal team for annual CFR preparation and follow-up. The project requires expertise in Local Governmental Unit fiscal operations and NYS reporting requirements. The contract period is for the year 2025.

• 11/6/2024 - Proposal Due Date
• 1/1/2025 - Contract Start Date
• 12/31/2025 - Contract End Date

• Demonstrated history of CFR completion acceptable to NYS regulators
• Familiarity with Local Governmental Unit fiscal operations and responsibilities
• Demonstrated history of experience working with LGUs
• Familiarity with NYS OMH, OASAS and OPWDD fiscal expectations
• Demonstrated history of working with NYS regulators

• Complete 2024 Consolidated Fiscal Report in format acceptable to NYS regulators
• Provide technical assistance and support for annual CFR preparation
• Train ACDMH fiscal team on CFR preparation and follow-up
• Work with NYS OMH, OASAS, and OPWDD fiscal expectations
• Demonstrate familiarity with Local Governmental Unit fiscal operations
