CEQA and NEPA As-Needed Environmental Review Consulting Services
San Diego Unified Port District
The buyer is seeking qualifications for on-call, as-needed environmental review consulting services for Current Planning projects on District tidelands, submerged lands, and uplands around San Diego Bay. The primary services requested include preparation of environmental review documents and technical studies for both District-sponsored and District tenant-sponsored projects that meet the mandates of CEQA and NEPA. Additional services may include peer review, tribal consultation, and translation services. The agreement will be for a period of three years with an estimated aggregate amount of $1,500,000.
