Task Summary

Develop and implement comprehensive community and stakeholder engagement plan
Review and analyze existing CEDS and other relevant local and regional plans
Collect and analyze current economic, demographic, and workforce data
Conduct SWOT analysis for Franklin County
Draft updated CEDS document incorporating stakeholder input and data analysis
Incorporate economic resilience concept as defined by EDA
Present draft CEDS to FCEDC Board and key stakeholders
Deliver final CEDS report and make formal presentation
Ensure compliance with U.S. Economic Development Administration guidelines
Propose innovative approaches to enhance project outcomes
