Buyer seeks a full content inspection (FCI) managed cyber security service to be hosted on-premises at 10 global data centers. The service will inspect network traffic, detect malicious cyber activity, and provide automated threat mitigation. Buyer requires the vendor to manage FCI remotely via a secured platform, collaborating with DoD cyber analysts to defend networks against cyber threats. The system must operate in-line, bi-directionally across all ports and protocols within a 40GbE IAP network environment.
