The contractor will provide exterior home improvements and critical repairs for eligible homeowners within the Community Redevelopment Area. Services include pressure washing, painting, landscaping, and safety modifications. The program aims to eliminate slum and blighted conditions through residential revitalization.

• Normally and routinely engaged in providing specified services
• Authorized to conduct business in Florida
• Possess necessary experience, qualifications, registrations, certifications, and licenses

• Screen eligible low-income, elderly, veteran, and disabled homeowners within CRA boundary
• Provide exterior home improvements including pressure washing, minor repairs, painting, and landscaping
• Coordinate volunteers and sponsors for Community Block Day Rebuild Event
• Perform critical interior and exterior repairs for vulnerable populations
• Install safety modifications like wheelchair ramps, grab bars, and smoke detectors
• Improve energy and water efficiency through minor repairs
• Maintain records and provide updates to CRA Executive Director
• Create individual files for each participating homeowner
• Capture before and after photos of all homes receiving services
• Leverage community partnerships for donated materials, labor, and support
