• Good standing with Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC)
• Online portal for product orders, returns, and tracking
• Capable of signing Master Purchase Agreement within University's timeframe
• Must pass OIT's information security review
• Ability to obtain required insurance coverage

• Provide custom, sustainable purchase and rental regalia for over 10,000 students and faculty
• Deliver regalia to UC Irvine campus for distribution events
• Provide on-site staff for distribution, sizing, and customer service
• Offer online portal for product orders and returns
• Handle shipping and returns of regalia
• Supply regalia for Fall Convocation, Fall Commencement, and Spring Commencement events
• Offer variety of regalia including gowns, caps, hoods, tassels, and accessories
• Provide fine quality official UC Irvine regalia packages
• Offer dropship to customer option for student purchase regalia
• Provide annual funding for student workers to assist with regalia distribution
