  • Personnel must have CISA or CFE certification
  • 5 years experience conducting TeamMate AM and TeamMate+ administrative training
  • 2 years of experience within last 3 years
  • Set up initial Analyst TeamMate+ projects with applicable Roles
  • Provide group training on project setups and role assignments
  • Train users on various Roles and functions within TeamMate+
  • Provide technical support to MIA users
  • Create manual explaining Roles, hierarchy, and best practices
  • Assist with migration from Gold to FedRamp
