- Calculate actuarial present value of total projected benefits
- Determine Annual Required Contribution for employers

- Validate actuarial assumptions
- Present findings to EUTF Board and other stakeholders
- Provide recommendations on managing OPEB obligations
- Conduct additional actuarial studies as needed
- Respond to auditor requests and provide supporting documentation
