Buyer seeks hardware and software architecture recommendations for a Cross Domain Solution (CDS). The CDS must enable information sharing between different security domains for Warfighter operations. It should meet NCDSMO Raise the Bar requirements, support multiple security domains, and facilitate timely exchange of critical data. The solution must include both tactical and enterprise components and comply with specific technical and security standards.

- Vendor must have Secret or Higher Facility clearance
- Ability to receive Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
- Develop Cross Domain Solution (CDS) meeting NCDSMO Raise the Bar requirements
- Provide CDS support for High Threat Networks and Defensive Cyberspace Operations
- Deliver both Tactical and Enterprise software and hardware for CDS
- Ensure CDS is IPv4 and IPv6 compliant
- Create CDS documentation for Phase 0-4 of the CDS Process
- Design CDS to support up to 10 security domains
- Enable timely exchange of Situational Awareness, C2, Intelligence, and Sensor data
- Implement content filtering for unauthorized information transfer between domains
- Develop integrated information assurance system for domain separation
- Facilitate interoperability between US Secret and SBU-E/CUI domains
