The buyer is seeking to establish a statewide contract for advertising and marketing services. Multiple vendors will be selected to provide services including print ads, creative design, market research, digital advertising, media buying, and other related services. State agencies and political subdivisions will be able to request services from the selected vendors as needed through a task order process. The contract will run for 5 years from the date of award.

• Minimum of five years continuous active participation in the applicable industry
• Experience providing comparable services in size and complexity

• Develop print ads and distribute printed marketing materials
• Provide creative design services including concepts, themes, and slogans
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns
• Purchase and place media ads across various channels
• Provide additional services like copywriting, photography, and presentations
