The buyer is seeking a qualified consultant to provide professional services to complete a Citywide Engineering and Traffic Survey. The survey will be used to comply with the California Vehicle Code and California Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices to establish or reestablish speed limits on City streets. The project includes conducting spot speed surveys, analyzing traffic collision data, and preparing a comprehensive report.

- Registered Civil or Traffic Engineer
- Conduct spot speed surveys at 207 road segments
- Analyze traffic collision data for the past two years
- Conduct field review of all street segments
- Prepare Engineering and Traffic Survey report
- Determine roadway description, adjacent land use, and roadway geometrics
- Analyze accident rates for each street segment
- Establish or reestablish speed limits on City streets
- Attend City Council Meeting when ETS is scheduled for adoption
- Provide monthly status updates
- Complete all spot speed surveys by June 30, 2025
